First night

Into the woods

Your table will be laid under a canopy in the woodland, with linen and fine china, decorated with wild flowers and candles. Enjoy a fine dining experience by an open fire sipping cocktails as the sun sets.

Second night

Wood-fired flambé feast

Learn how to make your own flatbreads from scratch and how to cook steak over the fire. Discover tenderisation and marination techniques, and how to flambé with brandy like a pro chef.
